Bio of your Expert :

 

Dr. Kumari LIPI, hold a Ph.D. in Atmospheric Science from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, an M.Sc. from Delhi University, and a B. Tech from A.A.I.D. University, India. She has been published several SCI/Scopus papers and attended various workshops, webinars, and seminars.

 

Dr. Kumari LIPI, is a Patent, Design and Trademark attorney with a wealth of experience in advising, guiding, and mentoring businesses in various aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) in India. Dr. Kumari LIPI, is a member of the Bar Council Delhi and a practicing advocate in Delhi High Court, handling litigation matters in the field of IPR. She cover various aspects of IPR, including Patents, Trademarks, Industrial designs, Copyrights, Integrated circuits, Geographical indications, Trade secrets, IPR audit and asset management, and IPR in the global scenario.

 

Dr. Kumari LIPI, is also the Managing Partner of Akhildev IPR and Research Services and a Registered Facilitator for STARTUP INDIA, recognized by the Government of India, Ministry of Commerce & Industries. Additionally, Dr. Kumari LIPI, is a NIPAM – TIFAC Coordinator Trainer nominated by the Office of The Controller General Patents, Designs & Trade Marks Boudhik Sampada Bhavan to conduct IP awareness for NIPAM 2.0.

 

Before entering the legal field, Dr. LIPI, worked as a Women Scientist-C at Technology Information Forecasting and Assessment Council (TIFAC), a division of the Department of Science and Technology.

 

Throughout her career, She enjoyed working with new entrepreneurs and educational institutions, and as a mentor, She has been successfully guided numerous firms in protecting and promoting their intellectual property rights. She brought together a team of experts @ IPRSRG to serve the nation in the matter of Intellectual Property Rights.

 

She also serve as a resource person for various industries and universities for the promotion of IPR.
