Ideas to Reality: A Two-Day Workshop at Rabindranath Tagore University, Bhopal

Rabindranath Tagore University, Bhopal successfully organized a two-day workshop on 24th and 25th April 2025, under the joint initiative of its IPR Cell and the Institute of Law. The central theme of this workshop was “Ideas to Reality”, focusing on how thoughts and innovations can be transformed into impactful real-world outcomes.

Day 1: Patent Drafting & Filing

The first day of the workshop was dedicated to “Patent Drafting & Filing”, where Dr. Aparna Pandharkar, a distinguished expert in Intellectual Property Rights, guided the students through the nuances of IPR, patents, and the process of protecting their innovative ideas. Her insightful session enlightened students about how a strong foundation in IPR can empower innovators.

Day 2: Idea to Reality – Journey of a Creator

The second day’s theme was “Idea to Reality: Journey of a Creator”, led by Dr. Ajay Kumar Choubey, a renowned academician, innovator, and mentor. Dr. Choubey interacted with both students and faculty, sharing his inspiring journey of transforming simple ideas into innovations and startups. He highlighted both the successes and challenges faced along the way, motivating aspiring creators to never give up on their ideas.

Positive Response from Participants

The workshop received an overwhelming response from students and faculty members, who appreciated the practical knowledge, motivational sessions, and the opportunity to connect with seasoned experts. The event not only broadened their understanding of IPR and innovation but also encouraged them to take their ideas to the next level.

आईपीआर सेल और इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ लॉ, Rabindranath Tagore University, Bhopal द्वारा 24 एवं 25 अप्रैल 2025 को दो दिवसीय कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया। इस कार्यशाला का थीम था “आइडियाज़ टू रियलिटी”, जिसमें यह बताया गया कि कैसे एक विचार को हकीकत में बदला जा सकता है।

पहला दिन: पेटेंट ड्राफ्टिंग और फाइलिंग

कार्यशाला के पहले दिन का विषय था “पेटेंट ड्राफ्टिंग एवं फाइलिंग”। इस सत्र की विशेषज्ञ वक्ता डॉ. अपर्णा पांढरकर रहीं, जिन्होंने छात्रों को IPR (बौद्धिक संपदा अधिकार) की गहराई से जानकारी दी। उन्होंने बताया कि कैसे एक विचार को कानूनी सुरक्षा प्रदान की जा सकती है और पेटेंट प्रक्रिया के क्या कदम होते हैं।

दूसरा दिन: आइडिया से रियलिटी – एक क्रिएटर की यात्रा

कार्यशाला के दूसरे दिन का विषय था “आइडिया टू रियलिटी: एक क्रिएटर की यात्रा”। इस प्रेरणादायक सत्र का संचालन डॉ. अजय कुमार चौबे ने किया, जिन्होंने छात्रों और फैकल्टी के साथ संवाद कर अपने अनुभव साझा किए। उन्होंने बताया कि कैसे एक छोटा विचार इनोवेशन और स्टार्टअप का रूप ले सकता है, और इसके पीछे की सफलता एवं असफलता की कहानियां भी साझा कीं।

छात्रों और फैकल्टी की सराहना

इस कार्यशाला को छात्रों एवं शिक्षकों द्वारा बहुत सराहा गया। उन्होंने कहा कि इस प्रकार की कार्यशालाएं उन्हें नए दृष्टिकोण देती हैं और उन्हें अपने विचारों को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए प्रेरित करती हैं।
